Welcome to The Destansi EPIC Chronicles! I started this challenge back in October 2012 after I got a brand new computer after my previous one died of hard drive failure. That computer could not handle Bridgeport if its life depended on it. Which is why the Destansi family starts off in Bridgeport.
Meet Nicholas Destansi, the founder of this challenge.
His traits are Natural Cook, Angler, Neat, Brave, and Loves the Outdoors. His Lifetime Wish is to Present the Perfect Aquarium.
This is Nicholas’ house, such that it is. It’s a one bedroom house with an outhouse.
Nicholas’ first order of business was going into town to buy some seeds for his garden. He bought some seeds of easy to grow items. He wasn’t that experienced in gardening yet, so no point in buying seeds for things that he would not be able to grow well.
Nicholas wasn’t ready to make the long bike ride back to his house after buying the seeds so he decided to explore Bridgeport. He ended up in the park where he met a few of the local residents: Sugar Bijou, Lil Bling, and Jun Xu.
Nicholas talked with Lil Bling and Jun Xu some, but he really clicked with Sugar Bijou. So much so that he ended up getting his first kiss with her. The exchanged addresses as Nicholas could not afford a cell phone.
Nicholas then went home as it was late and went to bed after planting his seeds. He hoped that his feelings for Sugar would grow and that she would feel the same way.
Nicholas fished some in the morning and took a bath in his tub that was outside due to lack of room inside. It also made it easier to fill. He couldn’t afford the basic utilities yet. He had to lug lake water up to the tub to bathe. Which was easier with it outside given that his only door was in the front of his house.
Nicholas then decided to go see Sugar and see if he couldn’t go farther.
It took several hours and lots of work, but he soon felt his love for Sugar grow and learned that she felt the same way. So he proposed to her and she accepted.
